★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID ! I booked for one night via booing . Com app, but when we arrived they said there is no booking for you guys because you’re late!!! Although I added my credit card details they wouldn’t even admit that I have any booking, and that I should have arrived between 3-6 pm! I said I was driving from Jeddah for 10 hours how could you not even update me with the cancellation? They said you didn’t pay! Rules are stupid and staff were so rude!

I had confirmed booking from booking.com and with intimation of late arrival, but when reached hotel the duty clerk refused to entertain saying that no room available. He was rude. There was no duty manager available to handle the situation. This is the quality of service provided by Ewa Hotels chain and booking com. And this is the hotel in busiest city of Riyadh. No intimation was made by hotel. Me and my family suffered a great distress because of this.

Negatives
-I had a confirmed reservation with me and the reception was unable to locate it,thus they took a while to give me the room
-I had 2 night stay and I asked for a simple thing (via room phone )which is cleaning the room but when I got back to the room at night I found out that nobody came to clean anything
-breakfast below average
-lights are so dim in the corridor?!
