★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حقيقة الي قاعد يصير في المحل غير لائق العمال قمة في الاستهتار يعني الزبون يقعد ينتظر الطلب والعمال قاعدين يمزحون ويضحكون مع بعض مافيه اي جدية في العمل
الكاشير قمة في الاحترام وايضا جالس يشتكي من استهتار العمال
زيارة لن تتكرر في هذا الفرع
طبعا الاكل جاني بارد الجبن على البطاطس من العلبة على طول دون تسخين انا اتكلم عن فرع المنسك الي مقابل الراية !!!!!!!!!!!
هذا حصل مع آخر الزباين قبل نهاية عمل المحل بإمكانك مراجعة الكميرات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما انصح فيه باختصار مع ان الخدمة مميزة لكن ملاحظ أنه صار برجر اقل من عادي المالك يعتقد أن العملاء اغبياء محد يلاحظ اختلاف الجودة
كيف صار حجم اللحمه اصغر جدا
ومكونات رديئة اكثر
جبن اقل جودة بمراحل
الخبز اقل جودة بمراحل والحجم اصغر
والسعر ثابت ومرتفع
يعني اذكر فيما مضى ما استخسر ادفع فيه لكن حاليا ما يستحق احط فيه اي مبلغ
فرسالتي للملاك الي ما انتظر منهم رد مكتوب فيه سيتم معالجة الأمر لأن الكل يعرف أنه كذب ، العميل ابدا ابدا ليس بغبي ولا مغفل حتى ما يلاحظ الاختلاف .
وخلاصة الكلام انا ما انصح في المطعم الا اذا احتاج برجر طعمه عادي وسعره مرتفع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تمنيت يكون عندنا خبر بتعديل الكمية والحجم قبل ادفع لأن العميل الدائم يتمنى ثبات دايم لكن لاحظت أن كثير اشياء يا يختارون جودة اقل عساس يخفض التكاليف ويزيد الربح والحقيقة انهم خسروا العميل لأن نلاحظ أن قطعة اللحمة اللذيذة صار اصغر بمراحل وطعمها مو لذيذ ونلاحظ أن الجبن مثل أي جبن بالسوق عكس السابق والخبز حجمه اصغر ونوع مو بلذيذ ابدا ومدري لوين يعني .
ما انكر الحقيقة أن آخر تجربة كانت كأنني اكل من مطعم برجر اقل من العادي بشدة ولكن سعره مرتفع .

فرع المنسك البرقر اكبر وأشهى وساخنه بس للاسف مافي ديناميت وفرع المزرعه صغير البرقر وبارد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البرجر لديهم ممتاز سواءً لحم او دجاج ولكن الاميز سلطة الحلوم والخضار والمكسرات وكذلك البطاطس بالجبن ويحتاج زيادة كميات اللحم ايضاً نريد اضافة مشروبات الدايت للمطعم كذلك ديكورات المطعم ممتازه وايضاً المطبخ يشاهد بوضوح من قبل العملاء وهذا يدل على ان الجوده عاليه وان صاحب المطعم يرغب في اطلاع الزبون على كافة التفاصيل وفي الاخير نبارك لهم افتتاح فرع المنسك وفقكم الله
