★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big improvement on years gone by. The Audi Center in Jeddah is a much better showroom than the previous one. It’s spacious with a great model range on display. On site are banks to assist with installments and there is a used car section upstairs.
Most importantly I was happy to see great interactions from the sales team. Their level of interest and communication was a great improvement on a few years back. its not enough to think the cars sell themselves (hello Porsche showroom). At this price point customers need to feel attention and care so that they become invested in the brand not the car.

Need big improvement in service reception staff I am feeling that talking to not Audi representatives, person on grocery shop.
Very much impressed with the knowledge of spare part lady staff very quick and accurate to my requirements .
Hope to find it better on my next visit!
