٢٠٢٢/٣/٣
١. الشاليه مظلم مافيه اناره بالجلسة الخارجيه
٢. اسلاك الكهرباء مكشوف بالارض حيث تشكل خطر على الاطفال .
٣. التلفزيون بدون قنوات ولا توجد اشاره بالرسيفر
كلمت المالك طلبت اصلاح الكهرباء وارسل كهربائي ولم يصلح الاسلاك ثم ارسل عامل اخر ونفس المشكله لم يصلح الكهرباء .
دخول العمال سبب ازعاج للاهل والضيوف
طلبت من المالك بكل اداب و احترام
خصم من قيمه الايجار تعويض للخلل و
المشاكل المذكوره سابقًا
رفض وبكل وقاحه وقال تدفع الاجار غصب عنك
وانت ما تشوف الدرب ولو ما تدفع الاجار قفلت الكهرباء عليك و سددت الاجار كامل اتقاء شره وحياءً من الضيوف
بالاخير اقسم بالله ما كذبت بكلمه وحده
و لو اعتذر بادب عن الخصم

I rented a chalet on Thursday,

1. The chalet is dark, there is no lighting in the outdoor seating
2. Electricity wires are exposed to the ground, which poses a danger to children.
3. The TV is without channels and there is no signal on the receiver
I called the owner and asked to repair the electricity, and he sent the electrician, but he did not fix the wires, then he sent another worker, and the same problem did not fix the electricity.
The entry of workers causes inconvenience to family and guests
I asked the owner with all politeness and respect
Deduction from the rent value, compensation for defects
The problems mentioned earlier
He rudely refused and said you pay the rent against you
And you don't see the road, even if you don't pay the rent, the electricity is turned off on you and you paid the rent in full to avoid the evil and shyness of the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة الشاليه يلي استأجرناها رقم ٣ .. ايجارها كان ١٢٠٠ ريال بس تقيمي لها انه على حالتها ايجارها لازم مايتعدى ال ٧٠٠ ريال ولازم الاهتمام بالفرش و نظافته و الاهتمام بمرافق المكان ...
من ناحية شخصية استبعد كليا ان اعود و استأجرها مرة تانية ....
