2-مكان هادي وجميل جدا.
3-نظافه من إلى.
4-صاحب المنتجع متفهم للاخر.

قسم الرجال فيه مشب كبير.. ودورات مياه مستقله عن المجلس (مناسبه في فصل الصيف لكن فصل الشتاء متعبه..)
الحمامات عددها ٢ ويفضل تحويل أحدها لكرسي افرنجي لكبار السن..
المطبخ صغير ويحتاج دولاب تفصيل..
بالنسبة لقسم النساء فيه ٣ غرف ودورتين مياه وحوش مستقل...
يوجد حوش مستقل للنساء..
توجد منطقة لعب للأطفال فيها ٣ مراجيح..
