★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استراحة من قسمين ( نساء ورجال ) مناسبة جدا للمناسبات والتجمعات العائلية وحفلات الأفراح الصغيرة خاصة الشتوية حيث أن أغلب أرضها مجالس واسعة ومقلط مناسب ومطابخ وتتميز بوجود أراض أمامها لاتزال فضاء تستوعب لعدد كبير من السيارات .. أيضا يتوفر بها مسبح كبير يطل عليه المقلط .. دورات المياه والنظافة بشكل عام ممتازة والأثاث شبه جديد كما أن رسوم إيجارها جدا معقولة .
