لكن المنظر العام والمرافق جيدة
 Their only drawback is that there is no internet (in my experience).
But the general view and the facilities are good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استراحه من الاخر. ??. انظف وارقى استراحه زرتها في جده. مناسبه للعوائل والحفلات واعياد الميلاد. تستاهل نكرر الزياره. ????
rest from the other. ??. The cleanest and finest rest I visited in Jeddah. Suitable for families, parties and birthdays. You deserve to repeat the visit. ????

• مساحة كبيرة
• تصميم عصري
• تقسيم المبنى الداخلي (صالة كبيرة + غرفتين نوم)
• مسبح للكبار
• مسبح الأطفال
• حارس خارج المبنى
السلبيات:
• البنية التحتية للمنطقة: لا يوجد سفلته في الحي.
• مطبخ صغير جداً لا يتجاوز مساحته ٢ متر مربع
• مسبح الأطفال الألعاب الداخلية متأكل من الصدآ، وطعم الماء مليء بالصدآ ?
• إسعافات أولية: لا يوجد
افضل وقت للإستأجار:
شهر مارس الى اغسطس
فصل الصيف
Positives:
• A large area
• Fashionable design
• Dividing the internal building (large hall + two bedrooms)
• Swimming pool for adults
• Children's pool
• Guard outside the building
Negatives:
• Infrastructure of the area: There is no asphalting in the neighborhood.
• A very small kitchen, its area does not exceed 2 square meters
• Children's pool indoor games corroded by rust, and the taste of water is full of rust ?
• First Aid: None
