لكن المساحة كبيرة جداً وفيها العاب خارجية

مكونه من ٤ غرف كبيرة وحوشين ٣ حمامات ومطبخين
تحتاج تجديد الاثاث قديم ومستهلك وألوان تقليديه جدا .. التكيفات جيد لكن يحتاج اهتمام في تصريف الماء لانه مزعج اغلب المكيفات داخل الاستراحة فتؤذي المستأجر بتسريب الماء منها على ارضية الاستراحة.. لا يوجد خدمات قريبه منها مثل سوبر ماركت او مطعم .. تحتاج سيارة علشان تروح لاقرب سوبر ماركت او مطاعم

You need to renew old and worn out furniture and very traditional colors.. The adaptations are good, but it needs attention in draining the water because it is annoying. Most of the air conditioners inside the restroom harm the tenant by leaking water from them on the floor of the rest.. There are no services close to them such as a supermarket or restaurant.. You need a car to go To the nearest supermarket or restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استراحة حرامية ، لا انصح احد يستأجرها ، العامل يدخل الاستراحة بكل الاوقات ولا يوجد خصوصية ، صاحب الاستراحة فظ بالتعامل وقليل الادب واذا عطيته تأمين الاستراحةاللي هو ٥٠٠ يأخذه منك واستراحته كلها ما تسوي ٥٠٠ . اخر استراحه ممكن تفكر تستأجرها
