- المسبح نظيف والفلاتر تشتغل طوال الوقت
- المساحات الخضراء كبيره
السلبيات :
- الحمامات غير نظيفه و لا يوجد فيها دش استحمام ، و دش الحمام الموجود في الدور الارضي لا يعمل تماماً والحمام الموجود في الدور الاعلى مغلق ، والحمام الموجود في الحوش مكشوف من اليمين بين حلق الباب و الجدار فتحه واضحة تكشف من بداخل الحمام وإنارات الحمام ضعيفة و مراية الحمام الارضي مخدشة ومعدومة
- لا يوجد ثلاجة فقط فريزر
- بلاط المسبح مكسر ويجرّح
- الاستراحة فيها فئران
- دواليب المطبخ مكسرة ولا يوجد مكان تستطيع ان ان تضع عليه اي شيء
- رخام المغسلة مكسر وغير نظيف
- لا يوجد داخل الفرن صاجه للتسخين
- غير مهتم بالزرع
- تصميم الفلة الخارجي مهترئ ومعدوم ومشقق
- الكنب الداخلي غير نظيف
بشكل العام الاستراحة لا تنفع للضيوف و لا تبيّض الوجه ، ممكن اذا عوائل تمشي الحال ليست جيدة بما فيه الكفاية
