The place is very nice, but the pool is not clean, and we called the guard instead of cleaning the pool too dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستراحة بشكل عام جديدة وتقسيمها طيب لكن تحتاج إلى صيانة دورية وتنظيف المسبح بشكل يومي استأجرناها ٣ ليالي ولم نستطيع السباحة لوساخة المسبح ورفض العامل تنظيفه وتشغيل صفايات المسبح اتمنى الاهتمام من المالك
كذلك المطبخ يحتاج إلى تنظيف و تصليح لأبواب الدواليب
The restroom in general is new and divided ok, but it needs periodic maintenance and cleaning the pool on a daily basis. We rented it for 3 nights and we could not swim because the pool was dirty and the worker refused to clean it and operate the pool filters. I hope the owner pays attention
The kitchen also needs cleaning and repair of cupboard doors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إستراحة جميلة ومؤثثة بشكل حلو لكن مشكلتها في إهمال النظافة من قبل حارس الإستراحة. بقايا الأكل من المستأجرين السابقين موجودة داخل الثلاجة وداخل دواليب المطبخ
و التباسي والترامس متسخة وغير مغسَّلة. كلمنا الحارس يصرفنا .
كذلك إهمال الصيانة المسبح متسخ جدا جدا جدا ودواليب المطبخ مخلعة لو يكون فيها صيانة ومتابعة ونظافة أتوقع تكون من أفضل إستراحات رابغ .
الخلاصة / النظافة والصيانة سيئة جدا إهمال كبيييير من الحارس ( بنغالي ) أتمنى من المالك متابعة الحارس فيما يخص النظافة والصيانة وراحة المستأجرين لأن الاستمرار بهذه الطريقة واعتماده على حارس بهذا الإهمال سيؤدي بالاستراحة إلى أن تصبح خرابة .
Nice lounge, nicely furnished, but its problem is neglect of hygiene by the lounge guard. Leftovers from the previous tenants are inside the refrigerator and inside the kitchen cupboards
Al-Tabasi and thermos are dirty and unwashed. We called the guard to dismiss us.
Also neglecting maintenance The swimming pool is very, very dirty and the kitchen cupboards are loose.
Conclusion / cleanliness and maintenance is very bad, great neglect by the guard (Bengali). I wish the owner to follow up on the guard with regard to cleanliness, maintenance and the comfort of the tenants, because continuing in this way and relying on a guard with this neglect will lead the rest to become a ruin.
