★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صاحب الاستراحة يدعي بإتلافها بعد خروج المستأجر منها . و هذا سبب عدم استأجرها بكثرة . لذلك يجب تصوير الاستراحة قبل دخولها لتجنب ادعاءات صاحبها .
