★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستراحة جيده ولاكن التعامل سيئ جداً من صاحب الاستراحة بسبب اتفاقه مع الغير دون الرجوع المستأجر و سؤاله هل تريد التمديد ام لا سواء قسم واحد أو قسمين و إجبار المستأجر على الخروج حتى لو أراد التمديد لذالك يجب الحذر .
The rest is good, but the deal is very bad from the owner of the break because of his agreement with others without referring to the tenant and asking him whether you want to extend or not, whether one or two parts and forcing the tenant to leave even if he wants to extend for that should be careful.
