صاحبها راقي جداً في تعامله
مساحتها الخارجية كبيرة وواسعة
بها نطيطة ومراجيح اطفال ودكة
المساحة الخارجية مزروعة بالكامل
اما المجالس بالداخل صغيرة وضيقة
ارشحها اذا كان المستأجر سيقضي اغلب الوقت في الجلسة الخارجية
علماً انه يمكن اضافة طاولات بوفيه او كراسي او زوالي في الخارج فالمساحة ماشاء الله كافية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازة ونظيفة وتعامل صاحبها راااااقي والحارس كذلك بس شوي أثاثها قديم يحتاج تغيرر خاصة فرشات مجالس قسم رقم اثنين عفى عليها الزمن والشيء الثاني مافيه موازنة بالمجالسة قسم رقم واحد كل مجالسة أرضية وقسم رقم اثنين كنب عموما أفضل شي الجلوس في الدكة واستئجار كراسي إضافية
ومشكلة قسم رقم اثنين أن الحمامات جوا المجالس
موقعها ممتاز ووصفها واضح
أيضا لهم حساب في الانستقرام باسم الاستراحة التراثية
خذناها القسم بألف وثلاث مية ريال يوم الجمعة

غير مرتبة اغلبها اغراض كانها مستودع لهم زي حدايد وكذا
مطبخ لايوجد به بوتقاز ولا شي
المرجيحه غير امنه جدا
الحمام ضيق جدا جدا
اما الباقي لا باس به الاثاث نظيف
مافكر احجز فيها مره ثانية
