A	Ahmad Al Ansari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ١. الموقع : جيد جدا ، ولكن يعيبه فقط انه بوسط منطقه سكنيه ، حيث انك لا تستطيع اخذ راحتك في حال وجود العاب ناريه لديكم او رفع صوت المسجل عند السيدات حيث ان مالك الاستراحة يتواصل معكم بطلب الهدوء وعدم ازعاج الجيران. ٢. المساحه : الاستراحه قسمين بمساحه متوسطه تتسع لحوالي ٢٠ - ٣٠ شخص كحد اقصى لكل قسم، ويعيبه بأن المسبح في قسم واحد فقط ومساحته تعتبر ليست كبيره. الصوالين جميله ونظيفه وذات تصميم رائع ولكن تحتاج الى مكيف دولابي اضافي خصوصا في فصل الصيف ، غرفة الطعام مساحتها جيده ولكن يعيبها ايضا التكييف والرائحه السيئه بسبب الموكيت بعدم نظافته، لذلك اقترح الغاء الموكيت وابداله بسيراميك ، مع وضع مفارش احتياطيه ان رغب المستأجر بوضعها. ٣. النظافة والتصميم الداخلي جدا جميل وراقي ومرتب. ٤.المطبخ : صغير جدا ولكن متوفر فيه جميع الاحتياجات والادوات كما يتوفر فيه فريزر ارضي كبير للمياه والعصيرات. ٥.السعر : جيد مقابل النظافه والخدمة ورقي المكان والتصميم. ٦. طاقم العمل جدا متميزين وخدومين ويشكرو على حسن استقبالهم وحرصهم بالمكان ونظافته ، وأمانتهم ايضا ، حيث انه تم نسيان بعض الاشياء وتم استلامها منهم ثاني يوم بحالتها بدون اي نقصان. بشكل عام الاستراحه جيده جدا وراقيه وانصح بها للاعداد المتوسطه. واشكر صاحب الاستراحه على الاعتناء بها وابقائها على هذا المستوى. 1. Location: very good, but the only drawback is that it is in the middle of a residential area, as you cannot take your comfort in case you have fireworks or raise the voice of the recorder for the ladies, as the owner of the restroom communicates with you by requesting calm and not disturbing the neighbors. 2. Space: the rest area is divided into two parts, with an average area that can accommodate a maximum of 20-30 people for each section, and the disadvantage is that the swimming pool is in only one section and its area is not large. The halls are beautiful, clean, and have a great design, but you need an extra cupboard air conditioner, especially in the summer. The dining room is a good area, but it is also flawed by the air conditioning and the bad smell due to the carpet not being clean, so I suggest canceling the carpet and replacing it with ceramics, with spare mattresses if the tenant wants to put it. 3. Cleanliness and interior design is very nice, elegant and tidy. 4. The kitchen: very small, but it has all the needs and tools. It also has a large floor freezer for water and juices. 5. Price: good for the cleanliness, service, and sophistication of the place and design. 6. The staff is very distinguished and helpful, and they thank them for their good reception, their concern for the place and its cleanliness, and their honesty as well, as some things were forgotten and they were received from them the second day in their condition without any decrease. In general, the rest is very good and classy, and I recommend it for medium numbers. I thank the owner of the restroom for taking care of her and keeping her at this level.
