★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماشاءلله تبارك الرحمن استراحة ممتازه عجبتنا جميعا
كنا 4 عوائل و جاؤونا زوار من جده و جدا عجبتهم الاسترحة
لانها فعلا ممتازه
من نظافه و من ترتيب و ديكور و مسبح نظيف و يفتح النفس
فوق هذا تعامل راقي و محترم و تجاوب سريع من قبل اصحابها ربي يبارك لهم و يرزقهم كل خير
هناك بعض الملاحظات البسيطه:
باب المسبح لا يوجد به قفل
الانترنت ضعيف
اما الباقي ف ماشاءلله رائع ??
 Mashallah, may God bless the Most Merciful, an excellent break, we all liked it
We were 4 families and they brought us visitors from Jeddah and they liked the rest
Because it is really excellent
From the cleanliness, arrangement and decor, and a clean and open swimming pool
In addition to this, a sophisticated and respectable dealings and a quick response from their owners, may God bless them and grant them all the best.
There are some simple notes:
The pool door has no lock
The internet is weak
As for the rest, it is wonderful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاقامة كانت رائعة الاستراحة جميلة ونظيفة واثاث جديد وصاحب الاستراحة متعاون جدا معنا وواضح اهتمامه بالاستراحة والحرص على راحة المستأجرين
The stay was great. The rest is nice and clean, new furniture, and the owner of the restroom is very cooperative with us and it is clear his interest in resting and taking care of the comfort of the tenants

العيوب
السعر يعتبر غالي ١٣٠٠ ريال .
الدخول من ٥ مساء الى اليوم التالي الساعه ١
مفرش مجلس الرجال غير نظيف. وبه بعض الحروق
اما بالنسبة للمبنى نظيف من الداخل.
بعده عن عن المحلات.
الاضاءة الخارجية ضعيفة
بعض الاسلاك الكهرباء مكشوف في الحوش . نرجو الانتباه لها
النوافير غير شغاله في المسبح اضافه الى ان اقفال ابواب المسبح مكسورة
الحوش غير وسيع وغير مهتم بتنسيق الزرع

اتساع الغرف ونظافتها
وجود العاب اطفال
المسرح المنزلي
وجود نظام صوتي للجميع الغرف اضافه سماعات خارجيه اخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما شاء الله تبارك الرحمن استراحه قليله فيها كلمة روعه.. نظيفه مريحه اثاث راقي مرتب.. دورات المياه مجهزه بالكامل ونظافه قمه ... افضل استراحه استاجرناها على مستوى المملكه.. وبسعر ممتاز...
رحنا الرياض وابها والباحه والشرقيه لكن في جمال هالاستراحه وبنفس السعر ابدا ما شفت الله يوفقكم للخير ويبارك في رزقكم

We went to Riyadh, Abha, Al Baha and Al Sharqiah, but in the beauty of this restroom and at the same price, I never saw God guide you to goodness and bless your sustenance

Well designed, very well maintained, very clean.
Most importantly host is very responsive and Haris was available when ever we asked him to.
Rooms are big along with sitting areas.. projector room kept kids busy, while pool water was perfect and clean.
Another big criteria for me are the toilets: Toilets were very clean, uses very good sanitary and having total of "5" toilets well distributed across the facility, allowed ladies and gents, separate access.
All together, we had an excellent experience and InshaAllah, will love to stay again, when we come to Yanbu.
