م	محمود سليمان on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يفتقر للصيانة . سخانات عطلانه وكذلك مصائد الذباب وفرش المجلس الكبير قديم والجلوس على الكنبات متعب ومؤلم لقرب الخشب من الجالس وماصورة المسبح مكسورة مما يسبب نقص الماء وبعض البلاط مشطب مما قد يسبب أضرار للماشي والمطبخ لا يوجد به ثلاجة ولا مايكرووويف ولا.. ويوجد به فريزر قائم مثل الثلاجة أتلف لنا كل ما وضعناه به لتوقعنا بأنه ثلاجة وقد بلغنا المالك بملاحظاتنا أكثر من ذلك وكذلك الحارس عموما المكان مناسب لو تم عمل صياة عامة له أما بشكله الحالي فلا أنصح به .... مازلت مصر على تقييمي كونك تنشأ إستراحة جديدة وتصورها وتريد الصور للعمر كله أو تعتمد على تعليق قبل سنة أو ٦ أشهر هذا غير منطقي ولا يطابق الواقع الحالي . أنا أتكلم عن الواقع البلاط داخل الإستراحة حوشا وغرف يحتاج صيانة كما الإستراحة بالكامل وقد ذكرت بأنها مناسبة ولم أهضمك حقك ولكن لو تريد الإستمرار في التميز لابد من الصيانة والصرف المستمر وتكملة النواقص أما بحالتها الراهنة واضح الإهمال عليها وقد تجاهلت الرد عن السخانات والمصائد وغيرها . ونحتاج لتعليق قريب من زائر حقيقي والله من وراء القصد ?للعلم الحارس أطلع على هذه الملاحظات ويعرفها وحسبما فهمته المالك يعرفها . والإعتراف بالمشكلة بداية الحل كما هو معلوم Lacks maintenance. A	Abdullah Mahmoud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستراحة جميلة وكبيرة لكن تنقصها الصيانة، 1-بعض المجالس الغير مفروشه بلاطها مكسور ويسبب مشاكل للأطفال. 2- دورات المياة أعزكم الله تفتقر للصيانه وفيها ريحة صرف صحي. 3- الغرف والممرات لا يوجد بها الا فيش ثلاثي، وباقي الأفياش جميعها قديمة، المفروض كلها تتغير لأن جميع الافياش الحالية ثلاثية. 4- بعض الأبواب ما تقفل، تسحبه إلين النص ويوقف بسبب ان البلاط تحته مكسور ومرتفع. 5- أيضًا بعض الأبواب بدون مفاتيح، يعني لو حاب تنام في الليل حتكون مفتوحه الأبواب 6- ملعب الطائرة الشبك مقطوع. 7- المسبح عطلان وغير نظيف. 8- حاليًا الاستراحة (لا تنفع للعوائل) وممكن تناسب الشباب اللي يدوروا مساحة بغض النظر عن الامور الأخرى. وزي ما قلت في البداية الاستراحة جميلة وكبيرة لكن بسبب الإهمال وعدم الصيانة أصبحت جميلة (في الصور فقط) عكس أرض الواقع تمامًا، أتمنى تكون في صيانة دورية وتظهر الاستراحة بشكل أفضل مما هي عليه في أرض الواقع .. تحياتي The restroom is nice and large, but lacks maintenance, 1- Some of the unfurnished councils have broken tiles and cause problems for children. 2- The toilets, dear God, lack maintenance and have a sewage odor. 3- The rooms and corridors have only a triple socket, and the rest of the sockets are all old, they are all supposed to be changed because all the current sockets are triple. 4- Some doors do not lock, you pull it to the text and it stops because the tiles under it are broken and raised. 5- Also, some doors are without keys, meaning if you want to sleep at night, the doors will be open 6- The volleyball court, the net is cut off. 7- The swimming pool is broken and not clean. 8- Currently, the rest room (does not work for families) and may be suitable for young people who circulate space, regardless of other matters. And as I said at the beginning, the break is beautiful and large, but due to neglect and lack of maintenance, it became beautiful (in the pictures only) completely unlike the reality on the ground. I hope that it is in periodic maintenance and the break appears better than it is in reality.. Greetings
Ỷ	Ỷahya_ MS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الصور داااااائمًا خدّاعة ، بغض النظر عن مساحتها وموقعها الجميل ، لكن للأمانة هناك بعض الملاحظات التي تهم المستأجر .. أولًا : أكرمكم الله دورات المياه ينقصها معلاق للملابس خلف الباب والاهتمام بالسباكة قليلًا + صيانة أبوابها ثانيًا : جميع الغرف لايوجد بها سوى؟ فيش جداري واحد فقط عند الشاشه .. يعني اللي يبي يشحن جواله يمسك سرى الله لايهينه عن الفيش ثالثًا : يبدو أنهّا غير مصرّحة من السياحة لهذا لاتوجد عليها لوحة تميّز وجودها .. فالموقع غير دقيق .. باختصار : الاستراحة جميلة لكن ينقصها قليلًا من الاهتمام من قبل المسؤولين عليها ، لا أنصح العوائل بها حاليًا ، فهي مناسبة قليلًا للشباب وفقكم الله ?
