دخلت الساعة ٤ وقدامي زبونتين صوروهم و قعدوا نص ساعة يشتغلون على الصور ، قلت لموظفة الاستقبال إذا عندكم مشكلة علميني عشان ما أصور ، قالت لالا ابدا مافيه ، ووقفت ٢٠ د بغرفة التصوير انتظر المصورة تجي ، صورتني و قالت ٥ د وتجهز صورك ، بعد ربع ساعة سالتها قالت معليش الجهاز خربان ، رحت لموظفة الاستقبال قلت خلاص ما ابي الصور و رجعوا لي فلوسي ، رفضت بشكل غير مباشر ، مره تدخل بغرفة الكمبيوتر ومره تلبس عباتها و تطلع !
و بعد ٢٠ د جدال عطتني فلوسي !!
وخلال هذي المدة تكدسوا الزبائن و كلهم تدخلهم ولا تقول لهم ان عندنا مشكلة !
ووحدة سالتها عن الوقت اللي ياخذه التصوير وقالت ١٠ د !
هذا استغفال للناس و عدم احترام لهم ولا لوقتهم !!!

This is neglecting people and disrespecting them and their time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتاز ، ولكن فيه ملاحظه ، لماذا تجبر العميله على عدد 6 صور ، هي لا ترغب الا في 4 او 2 بالاضافة الى السعر العالي ب 50 ريال ، مع العلم ان ظروف التصوير حاليا اسهل واسرع من السابق ، اتمنى ان تترك حرية اختيار عدد الصور للعميل وتكون قيمة الصور توزع على العدظ ، وليس اذا طلب العميل 2 تكون ب 50 اتمنى مراعاة ذلك ، وشكرا
