دفعت له العربون 500 وكملت له الباقي ايجار البيت مع سعي المكتب
طبعاً مر على البيت 3 ايام تقريباً تفاجات انه البيت مافيه مويا ويحتاج الى صيانه رجعت للمكتب قالي اتصل للمالك اتصلت للمالك يقولي مالي دخل رجعت للمكتب يقولي مالي دخل
قررت استرجع المبلغ لانني مابعد كتبت العقد الالكتروني معي سند بالمبلغ فقط
رحت للمكتب اعطاني مبلغ البيت فقط واخذ 500 سعي على الفاضي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيه وان شاء الله حقي ما يضيع وتطلع يوم القيامة
لا انصح بالتعامل مع المكاتب الي ما تتفاهم
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بس ..

I went to the office and he only gave me the amount of the house and took 500 saa’i on the surplus.
I do not recommend dealing with offices that you do not understand
