★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of bikes. Reasonable prices for the quality stuff they have. Accessories are also good enough. Staff is bit unhelpful, if you can't speak Arabic. Rude as well.

Why I experienced it. 1st I send inquiries through messages here and according from their answer they will open yesterday May 17th 4pm to 10pm, 2nd I went there earlier around 2pm to be on time I went to the nearest restaurant and eat 1st, after I ate around 3:09pm I walked back to the store and waited beside the Banque Saudi Fransi when the time comes they did not open and when I call he said they will not open and come back tomorrow which means today. before our conversation finished I'd ask for the price and model of the bike to be precise I'm looking for e-bike but he said just come back tomorrow. Today I went there, when I found out the brand of the e-bike is not Trinx and I ask if there is manual he said not available and I ask if he can show me the box so the I can at least see the specifications like at least I know the AH of the battery again not available and that the display lastly since it is a electronic product I asked if it has warranty he said none. So again I waisted my taxi bill twice and got disappointed. So I decided not to take a risk to purchase the item even I am surely wants to buy that day. Sorry to the owner but I have to say what I'd experienced and hopefully for the other incoming customers will not experience it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't seem to care about opening and closing time at all. I went there 3 times in about 20 days period trying to buy one bike and yet, it's not ready!
All i felt like they are not trying to sell the whole time.
I'm not going to talk about how ignorant the worker there.
I am really sorry for this good brand to be in such careless agent or at least distributer.
