بكن طريقة البناء المفروض تكون افضل من كذا... مبلغ الفلل يتراوح من ٧٣٠ الف لمساحة ١٩٦ متر ارض ومسطح ٢٩٧ للفيلا الى مبلغ مليون و٣٠٠ لمساحة ٣٠٠.
تمنيت يكون السيراميك والحمامات افضل من الحالي .. حتى لو وضع بلاط بلدي ولا السيراميك اللي حاطينه.
اتمنى في المستقبل بيع الفلل بالتليس فقط وتقليل القيمه وكل واحد يسوي من داخل البيت باللي يقدر عليه.
لان المطورين يبحثون عن انهاء الفيلا من الداخل بأقل التكاليف من دون مراعاه الشكل ورغبات الناسويطلب مبلغ عالي

Because the developers are looking for finishing the villa from the inside at the lowest costs without taking into account the shape and the desires of the people, and a high amount is required
