★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه للأسف سيئه جداً والنظام غير واظح والمسؤلين المتواجدين في نقطة التوزيع غير مبالين بل يتهربون من المسؤليه. وكل مراجع يرمونه على الرقم الموحد. والمشكله يأتينا رساله وجود صهريج ثم رساله خروج الصهريج مع السائق ثم رساله قيم الخدمه. إذا اتصلت عالوايت يقل أنا في البيت. وإذا راجعت الموظف يقل أنت استلمت الوايت. وإلى الله المشتكى. فيه مواطن يصب عنده الماء وبتراب الفلوس ومواطن يدفع مبالغ لكي يحصل على وايت وماهو محصل بالثلاث ايام إلى خمسه أيام.
ملاحظه/ لويكن فيه تقييم المتعهد كل سنتين وكذالك الموظف. واللي مايثبت وجوده فيه غيره.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة سيئة ، مافي خدمة عملاء تم اغلاقة ، راح يقول لك الامن عن طريق الموقع ما راح يسمح لك تدخل او تستفسر ? والطريق للموقع الشارع مكسر عشان توصل سيارتك بتخرب باختصار روحتك على الفاضي
بعض الاحيان الويت تتأخر ما يتصل عليك الا بعد يوم من حجزك عن طريق الموقع
وفي مره طلب عن طريق الموقع ولا احد اتصل باختصار سيئين جداً
او يتصل عليك الوايت اخر الليل وانت نايم ولما تصحى تستفسر يقولون راح عليك ?
تحتاج الى تنظيم افضل وافكار افضل وزيادة في الموظفين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاحول ولاقوه الا بالله يتم اخارج صهريج باسم العميل ويتم بيعه لشخص اخر بزياده وهذي ثاني مره يتم فعل هذا الامر ولدي رساله باسم السائق ورقمه وعند التواصل يقفل الخط في وجه العميل وانا منتظر الصهريج من الثامنه صباحا والان الرابعه عصر ا وقد راجعنا الصاله لانجد من الموظفين تجاوب فقط سوف نقوم برفع طلب اخر اولا من اعطا السائق الحق بالولوج للنظام ورفع رفض من طرف العميل ثانيا كيف يتم خروج الصهاريج امام الموظف ولايحرك ساكن ولدي رساله باسم السائق ورقمه ثالثا عند رفع رفض من طرف العميل وهوا لا يعلم يتم معاقبته 24ساعه لا يتم قبول اي طلب حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
