Excellent café in a great location, I like the atmosphere and the service, if I would suggest any improvement, is to add more selections of beans. I have tried the V60 (Ethiopia hambela) and the cortado, they are all great. Drawing art is just Ok and could be improved.

One of the places i’d like to get my coffee from from time to time.. highly recommend flat white also for dessert lemon cake ??

One of the best café here in makkah. I’d love to visit AGAIN and AGAIN ?, I’m in-love with their DIP n DEEP SIZZLING DANISH and CHICKEN AVOCADO BURRITO. And oh, the drinks! Cold or HOT drinks is a MUST TRY.. The staffs are all nice and warm ♥️

It’s delicious food! Some of the seats are very low compared to the table. Waitress are very helpful! We had an interesting experience! Thank you

I’m an english food vlogger in the entire ksa, kindly take my review seriously. It’s one of the best cafes in the entire makkah city as per my experience. I was happy to visit this cafe, I was heading towards riyadh city from jeddah city. In between, I felt like giving 30mins to it as a coffee break. I entered this cafe at 8pm, but left at 2am. They got professional team & customers in this cafe which extended my 30mins coffee break to 6 hours vacation ?? Thanks to one of their customers ‘Dr. Abdul Majeed’ for boosting my coffee break, it was worth the time. I really enjoyed their Asante Valvet Shake worth 27 SAR. The cafe manager called “محمد" was really sweet, I just asked if they got discounts for VIP entertainer, Golden Discount & Walaplus subscribers and he gave the drink for free. The cafe is really beautiful at night, I was told by Ms. Shahad (the marketing manager) that, the cafe is extremely beautiful at morning but I missed it as I was heading towards riyadh city. انشاءالله next time ❤️ I came to know that, Gurkan Sef Steakhouse is runned by the same company as Asante Cafe in Makkah City. The interesting part is, I was infront of Gurkan Sef Steakhouse Makkah branch beside Asante Cafe and I set location of Gurkan Sef Steakhouse Riyadh branch in my Google Maps ? Because that was my iftar (الفطور) spot after I arrive Riyadh City as I planned to fast as a challenge during this travel but my plan was ruined for some unprofessional act. TOO MUCH WAITING TIME I wish I could give them 5 stars but one of the most important things to me in any place I visit is the customer service, and it wasn’t great. They told us the wait time is 30 minutes but we waited over an hour and after we ordered we waited another hour. The food was good but not warm, we had to wait after the food arrived to get a fork to eat with (there wasn’t any cutlery at the table).
