★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من تجربة جربت اللي بالساعه فقط لي فترة معهم ممتازين جداً واي ملاحظه اكتبها لهم بالتطبيق يرجعون يتوصلون معي العاملات كلهم كويسات الا واحده فقط حطيت لها حظر عشان ماترجع لي
 From an experience I tried the one per hour only I have a period with them are very excellent and any note I write to them in the application they return and they reach me with the workers all of them are good, except only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لعبوا علي.. حسبي الله عليهم.. طلبت عاملة صباحية وقالوا تجي من سبع ونص.. جت قبل سبع ونص وراحت.. يوم كلمتهم قالوا راحت عليك ادفعي مرة ثانية اذا تبين تجي!!
They played on me..God suffices for them..I asked for a morning worker and they said she would come from seven and a half..She came seven and a half ago and she left..the day they spoke, they said it was easy for you to pay again if it turns out that she will come!!

كذالك سبق اخذت منهم عاملات عدة مرات بنظام الساعات اكثر من 20 زيارة خلال السنوات الماضية
كلهم لا يوجد عليهم اي ملاحظة
الملاحظة الوحيدة السعر المرتفع للعاملة المقيمة بشكل دايماً
وللاسف الاسعار مرتفعة لدى جميع الشركات بدون استثناء
ويجب تتدخل وزارة العمل لتخفيض الاسعار

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ المعاملات اللي شفتها رحت لهم بشوف العامله وبقابلها على اشوف نفسيتها وتقبلها للعمل ورفضو بغرض ان المقابله وكانها تجاره البشر طيب اذا تجاره بالبشر ليه جايبين خدم الا عشان يشتغلون وبعدين اي وظيفه لوتكون بسيطه لازم فيها مقابله وكان رد الرجال جاف وسيء الى درجه قال ماعندنا لك خدامه يعني بمعناها امسكي الباب قليل الادب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانوا عاملاتهم كويسات وللأسف صاروا جدا سيئات حيث ان تدريبهم غير كافي ويشتغلون على مهل ...شقة من ٤ غرف وصلت مرحلة اضطريت اطلب عاملتين تخيلوا ....اضافة انه مركز خدمة العملاء هو الأسوأ...وعودهم كاذبة مع الأسف
Their workers were good, and unfortunately, they became very bad, as their training is not enough and they work slowly...a 4-room apartment has reached a point where I had to ask for two workers. Imagine... in addition, the customer service center is the worst... Their promises are, unfortunately, false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افضل خدمه عملاء على الاطلاق الصراحه ممتازين مرا اتعاملت معاهم سنتين ونص وودي اكمل معاهم لاكن نقلت لمنطقه مايغطونها خدمه العملاء ١٠٠/١٠٠ يردون على طول لو بتغير العامله قبل مايجون العاملات ب ٣ ساعات تكلمهم ويلغونها انا جربتهم بالساعات فيه عاملات ثبتهم وفيه عاملات جوني لاني اغير بالمواعيد والله مرا نظافه وفنانين يشهد عليا الله ،نظام العقود ماجربته ولا ودي بس ماهو متاح حاليا عاملات وان جاتك عامله ماعجبتك ب اسوء الحالات احظريها من التطبيق وخلاص ينتهي موضوعها
The best customer service ever, the frankness is excellent. I have dealt with them for two and a half years and I would like to continue with them, but I was transferred to an area that they cover. Customer service is 100/100. They respond at length if the worker changes 3 hours before the workers will talk to them and cancel them. I swear to God, it is clean and artists, God is my witness. The contract system, I have not tried it or friendly, but what is currently available for workers.
