★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق جميل لكن الغرفه مي مزوده بالاشياء كامله مثل غلاية الماء والغراضها اذا بتسوي لك شاي او قهوه او شي كذا ، على العموم فندق جميل ونضيف .

يوجد تهريب في المياه وعند طلب تغيير الشقه تم رفض تغيرها شقه رقم 121

الحقيقة انني لست جديد على اريج ريزدانس ..
أعرفها قبل حوالي اربع سنوات تقريباً ..
ولكن ؟
تواصلت اليوم مع الاستقبال بغرض
حجز شقة ..
وتمت خدمتي على أكمل وجه ..
وبشكل جميل وراقي من قِبٓل الموظفة / ( أمل ) جزاها الله كل خير ..
وهذه كلمة حق مني تجاه هذه الموظفة المتفانية في عملها ..
هذا اقل شيء أُقدمه لها ..
ولو فيه غير ال 5 نجوم عطيتها ..
تستاهل والله ..

The truth is that I am not new to Areej Residence.
I knew her about four years ago.
But ?
I contacted the reception today
Apartment booking.
I was served perfectly..
And beautifully and elegantly by the employee / (Amal) may God reward her with all the best..
This is a word of truth from me towards this dedicated employee.
This is the least I can do for her.
Even if it was not 5 stars I would give it..
