They ask the tenant to sign bills or bills in blank. This is against the law.

لا انصح ابدا بالتعامل معاهم نهائيا وصورو السياره اذا بتاخد من عندهم
ويفضل تشوف شركه اخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا استاجرت سيارة لمدة شهر و هذه تجربتي.
التعامل ممتاز عند استلام السيارة و الموظف لطيف و خدوم و تسهيلات كثيرة
تعامل سيء خصوصا عند تسليم السيارة تحتاج اكثر من ساعه
تأتي لتسليم السيارة لا تجد الموظف و المكتب مغلق
و اذا أتيت متأخر نصف ساعة يقول الموظف بأنه تم تجديد العقد و يجب دفع أجرة يوم زيادة ودون ان يتصل بك رغم انه عند الاستلام يخبرك الموظف بأنه مسموح ان تتأخر حتى ٣ ساعات و لكن الأقوال تتغير ٠
نصيحة : الوعود و يجب ان تكون مكتوبة و كل شيء يجب أن يكون واضح لأنها تتبخر مع الوقت او بتغير الموظف .
لكن في النهاية بعد انتظار اكثر من ساعه و بعد أن رفضت ان ادفع أجرة يوم إضافي تواصل الموظف مع الإدارة و تم حل الإشكالية و لم ادفع شيء.

The deal is excellent when receiving the car, the employee is nice and helpful, and the facilities are many
Bad handling, especially when delivering the car, it takes more than an hour
You come to deliver the car, you don't find the employee and the office is closed
And if you come half an hour late, the employee says that the contract has been renewed and you must pay an extra day’s wages without calling you, although upon receipt the employee tells you that you are allowed to be late up to 3 hours, but the statements change
Tip: Promises must be written and everything must be clear because they evaporate with time or with the change of employee.
But in the end, after waiting for more than an hour, and after I refused to pay an extra day's wages, the employee contacted the administration and the problem was resolved and I did not pay anything.
