متناقضين وغير ملتزمين بالعقد
وبمجرد اخذوا الدفعه يتغير تعاملهم
غير جادين ومافيه اهتمام بالعميل
في العقد كلام ويرفضون تنفيذه
لي اربعه اشهر ما انجزوا اعمالي ورفضوا يرجعون فلوسي ورفعت عليه شكوى في وزارة التجارة شوفوا العقد والتناقض في المحادثه
I would never recommend dealing with them
Inconsistent and not bound by the contract
As soon as they take the payment, their behavior changes
Not serious and no customer care
In the contract there are words and they refuse to implement it
For four months, they did not complete my work and refused to return my money. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce. Look at the contract and the contradiction in the conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من خلال تجربة بعض الجيران مع هذا المكتب. فانه بعد توقيع العقد لم يذهب المهندس الفني للرفع الا بعد مطالبته بمبلغ وهذا مخالف لنظام العقد.. حيث يشمل العقد على جميع أعمال الرفع المساحي والتخطيط بعد توقيع العقد. لذلك المكتب غير جدير بالثقة ولا انصح بالتعامل معه.
Through the experience of some neighbors with this office. After signing the contract, the technical engineer did not go to lift until after he was asked for an amount, and this is in violation of the contract system.. the contract includes all surveying works and planning after signing the contract. Therefore, the office is not trustworthy and I do not recommend dealing with it.
