البداية مع مسؤول الفرع الاخ عمر الحمدان للأمانة رجل تعامله جداً احترافي ويحرص على خدمة العميل بأي شكل ويحاول يجد الحلول بأي وسيلة.
كان عندي بلاط قديم وكان منتهي من السوق بس بفضل الله ثم بفضل وجهد الاخ عمر قدر يوفره وسهل علي عملية الاستلام من المستودع..
حتى بعد الاستلام استمر في التواصل معي للتأكد من رضاي عن الخدمة.
