★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاانصح بهم بتاتا اشتريت مكيفات من عندهم واحتاج صيانه لهن وحولون على أمجاد التكييف ببريده يعني وكيل إلى وكيل والصيانه يرفعون طلب والوكيل الثاني يقول ماوصلنا طلب بنرفع من جديد لك لي اكثر صراحه خدمه مابعد البيع لايستحق حتى النجمه
I do not recommend them at all. I bought air conditioners from them and I need maintenance for them, and they transferred to the glories of air conditioning in his mail. I mean, an agent to an agent and the maintenance raises a request, and the second agent says we did not receive a request, so we will raise again for you. The after-sales service does not even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ المحلات اللي تعاملت معهم " مايحترمون العميل " ولايحترمون سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع . من ضمن سياسه الاسترجاع عندهم يطلب منك ماتفتح المنتج ، واذا التزمت بالكلام ورجعته لهم " يكذبونك ويتهمونك انك فتحته " هذا اللي حصل معي بإختصار .
