★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst salon I have ever come across in the whole of Jeddah. I have been living here for over 25 years. The customer service stings. The front desk sucks with 2 unfriendly women. They need to go for training on how to receive a customer. I go to the salin to be pampered NOT TO BE CRITICISED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members do not handle customers with care. The lady that cut my hair didn’t even give me the opportunity to explain how I want it cut exactly. I said into ‘steps’ and she just shoved me onto the chair and cut my hair all the way to shoulder length. Mind you, my hair was all the way down my waist. Very unprofessional and disappointing. It’s like the customers are a burden and like we aren’t paying for the services.
