★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good perfumes, good quality, POOR customer service, ordered twice and both times arrived way beyond the period given which’s 3-5 dayes. When contacted customer care regarding this issue they just answered (sorry it will arrive after 2 days) without any further answers.

If you purchase online, you cannot exchange, return through their branches. I got the apartment device+ 2 scents online. I did not like the scents and went to the branch in AlNfil district. They directed me the AlSahafah district branch for harmony scent. Eventually, they refused to exchange and directed me to the management. After this experience, Blue Arch is better and come at your door any time free of charge<3
