★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه كل شي فيه حلو لا التشوكلت ولا الباكجينق و التنوع بالنكهات و مواكبة المناسبات و فوق كل هذا السعر المناسب ،يعني مستحيل تدخلون و تطلعون منهم ما شريتوا شي لابد شي يشدكم
..
لكن عندي عتب بسيط و اتمنى الاداره ياخذونه بعين الاعتبار انا اتعامل معهم من زمان و بشكل كثير لكن اشيل هم اذا بغيت اطلب من الموقع او اجهز الطلب لعدة اسباب:
١- يتأخرون بالرد بشكل مو طبيعي ابدا بطيئين بشككل.
٢- مره ارسلت للرقم اذا فيه نوع تشوكلت معين ابيه لانه كان سولد اوت بالموقع فسألته اذا متوفر بالمحل بمر اخذه قال ايه و رحت و صار مخلص !!
٣- الموقع ما كأنه تبع المحل هل هو شركه مستقله؟ اللي بالموقع تسأله عن شي بالمحل ما يعرف و اللي بالمحل تسأله عن شي بالموقع يقول ما اعرف و كأنه متفاجئ انه فيه موقع للمحل اصلا ما كأن يعرف بوجوده !!
يعني حرام والله كل هالترتيب و الديكور و المنتج و الجودة كل شي كامل لكن من باب اولى اول من تهتم فيه الطاقم اللي شغال و بيخدم الزبون مره يأثر
و شكرا و اتمنى لكم تتحسننون لان والله انتم علامه فارقه بالقصيم و اتمنى لكم التوسع اكثر و اكثر
Frankly, everything in it is sweet, not the chocolate or the packaging, the variety of flavors, keeping pace with the occasions, and above all this the right price, I mean, it is impossible to enter and look out of them. If you buy something, something must attract you.

But I have a slight reproach and I hope the administration will take it into consideration. I have been dealing with them for a long time and a lot, but I will remove them if I want to ask from the site or prepare the request for several reasons:
1- They are not normally late in responding, they are never very slow.
2- Once I sent to the number, if there is a certain type of chocolate, his father, because he was sold out on the site, so I asked him if it was available in the store, so he said what, and I went and became loyal!!
3- The site is not affiliated with the store. Is it an independent company? The one on the site asks him about something in the store, he does not know, and the one in the store asks him about something on the site, he says I don’t know, as if he is surprised that there is a site for the store at all, as if he knew of its existence!!
I mean, it is forbidden, by God, all the arrangement, the decor, the product and the quality are all perfect, but the first thing you care about is the staff that works and serves the customer once.
And thank you, and I hope you get better, because, by God, you are a milestone in Al-Qassim, and I wish you to expand more and more
