★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق جميله وممتازه وأكثر من رائعه ونظيفه وتعامل الإخوان الموظفين في الإستقبال راقي بمعنى الكلمه أنصحكم بها إذا أردتم الهدوء والراحه
وأبوحسن موظف الإستقبال نعم الرجل وذو أخلاق عاليه
 Beautiful and excellent apartments and more than wonderful and clean, and the treatment of the brothers of the staff in the reception is sophisticated in the sense of the word.
And Abu Hassan, the receptionist, yes, he is a man of high morals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال..السوداني غايه في الاحترام والتعامل بلطف..العامل ايضاً ماشاءالله عليه جداً حبوب..الغرف المطله على الشارع تعتبر نوعً ما قليلة الازعاج بحكم اصوات السيارت وتفحيط بعض الشباب اخر الليل..النظافه والترتيب ماشاءالله والسرير مريح
The reception..the Sudanese is very respectful and behave kindly..the worker is also, God willing, very gracious..the rooms overlooking the street are considered somewhat less disturbed by virtue of the sounds of the cars and some young people are surrounded at the end of the night..Cleanliness and arrangement Mashallah and the bed is comfortable

موظف سوداني دوامه بالليل سيء في التعامل الا أسوأ موظف استقبال قابلته
والله وانا محاسب على كل حرف راح اكتبه
لو في اقل من نجمة لحطيته.. زرت فوق ٢٥ دوله وجميع مدن السعوديه وللاسف هذا أسوأ شقق دخلتها في حياتي يشهد الله وراح اذكر لكم النقاط :
- الموظفين سيئين في التعامل
- داقين عليه باب الشقة الساعه ٣ الفجر وانواع الازعاج تلفون جوال ويدقون الباب
- استاجرت ١٥ يوم ومجبور استاجرت عشان قريبه من سكن الوالد وندمت اشد الندم
- رحت مشوار والاهل في الشقة ويتفاجأوا ان العمال يفتحون الشقق اذا عرفوا انك مو موجود !!!!
- كل يوم الساعة ٣ م بالضبط لايمكن لاحد في الشقق الراحه والنوم قمة الازعاج واخرتها تجدد والا اطلع الان واذا تاخرت خمس دقايق تحصل العامل محضر عند الباب يدق بينما تلفونك وجوالك قاعدين يدقون عليها !!!!
بصراحه بلطجية ولا في احترام للعوائل ويتعاموا مع الجميع على مبدأ انهم نصابين اي وقت ممكن تطلع من الشقة بدون تدفع !!!

If there was less than a star, I would have put it.. I visited more than 25 countries and all the cities of Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, this is the worst apartment I have ever entered in my life. God will testify and I will mention to you the points:
The staff is bad to deal with
- They are knocking on the door of the apartment at 3 in the morning and the types of disturbances are a mobile phone and they are knocking on the door
- I rented for 15 days and I had to rent because it is close to my father’s residence and I regretted it the most
- I went on a walk with the family in the apartment, and they were surprised that the workers opened the apartments if they knew you were not there!!!!
- Every day at exactly 3 pm, no one in the apartments can rest and sleep at the top of the inconvenience and the last of it is renewed, or else I look now and if you are five minutes late, the worker will receive a report at the door while your phone and mobile are sitting and ringing!!!!
Frankly, thugs have no respect for families and treat everyone on the principle that they are scammers. Any time you can get out of the apartment without paying!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل العمال البنقاليه جداً سيئه ويحتاج الى ترميم للكهرباء والسباكه وايجاد طريقه للعزل ..لوجود ازعاج صوت الهواء بكل الغرف والشقق لازم يتم تغيير الشبابيك الالمنيوم اللي في واجهة العماره
