★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف مضطرين نحط نجمه عشان نعلق والا والله ماتستاهلون حتى الجزمه تنحط لكم فرع فاشل وادارة فاشله اجل ماسكين شحنتي عشان اخترت توصيل للمنزل ماراح يوصلونها الا بعد يومين وانا بنفس المدينه وين نتطور وهالاشكال بيننا لو داريه ان الشحنه بتجي عليكم والله ماطلبتها
 Unfortunately, we have to put a star in order to comment, otherwise, by God, you do not deserve to even the boots, you will have a failed branch and a failed administration. للاسف منحدين عليكم لان اغلب المتاجر ماتتعامل الا مع ارامكس
ولا عشان بالمذنب حاطين فرع حيّ الله؟
I swear to God, I don’t know why we pay the value of delivery when they do not deliver to homes, and even why do you give the option of home delivery?
Unfortunately, we are leaning on you, because most stores only deal with Aramex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئة جدا ..يلزم العميل على استلام الشحنة من الفرع رغم اشتراط ايصالها للمنزل وذلك بارسال رابط لتحديد موعد الاستلام وفي كل كلا الخيارين يرفض التسليم لعدم وجود موظفين ..
Very bad service.. the customer is obliged to receive the shipment from the branch despite the requirement that it be delivered to the house by sending a link to determine the date of receipt. In both options, it refuses delivery due to the lack of employees..

خدمة سيئة وتأخير بالشحن جدا ولا مبالاه بالمتصلين
تصورو في القرن ٢١ ماعندهم غير تلفون بالمركز الرئيسي والافرع كلها لا يوجد فيها احد يصدق هذا الكلام ???? والتواصل على الايميل يبقى الله اعلم كم يبقى عشان يرد والا مايرد بعد

Imagine that in the 21st century they have nothing but a phone in the main center and all the branches where there is no one who believes this ???? and contacting the email, God knows how much time is left to respond, or else he will not reply yet
