★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا الفرع يرفض توصيل الشحنات للمنازل بحجة أن المنطقة غير مخدومة مع أخذهم مبالغ مالية لا تقل عن ١٥ ريال إلى ٢٥ ريال للتوصيل. فلو عشر عملاء يوميا يستلم الشحنة من المحل مع دفع ٢٠ ريال للتوصيل فالشركة تتحصل يوميا على ٢٠٠ ريال وفِي الشهر من ٤٠٠٠ إلى ٥٠٠٠ ريال وهذه المبالغ من جيوبنا نحن العملاء. لابد من المطالبة باسترداد حقوقنا من هذا الفرع وإلا سيتمر الفرع بالضحك علينا وأخذ فلوسنا بالباطل.

This branch refuses to deliver shipments to homes on the pretext that the area is not serviced, while taking sums of money of no less than 15 riyals to 25 riyals for delivery. If ten customers a day receive the shipment from the store with a payment of 20 riyals for delivery, the company receives 200 riyals daily, and per month from 4000 to 5000 riyals, and these amounts are from our customers’ pockets. We must demand the recovery of our rights from this branch, otherwise the branch will continue to laugh at us and take our money unjustly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم أطلب ابتوصيل لهذا الفرع والصراحة الموظف/عامل المكتب على طووول غير موجود وغير ملتزم بمواعيد العمل المعلقة غلى باب المكتب..بس معلق رقمه ولما تتصل عليه يرد بعد تعب وبكل قلة أدب..أرجو إغلاق هذا الفرع من ارامكس
I did not ask for a connection to this branch, and frankly, the employee/office worker on the long haul does not exist and is not committed to the working hours that are pending at the office door..but his number is suspended and when you call him he answers after being tired and with all manners..Please close this branch of Aramex
