★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فيه خلل واضح بالإلتزام يمواعيد المحل رحت لهم برمضان خلال المواعيد المحددة من قبلهم مرة مقفل الباب بالمفتاح والعامل غير موجود ومرة المحل مقفل تماماً وبعدها بكم يوم يرسللي عالواتس يقللي طلبيتك جاهزة اقله جيتك امس مقفل يقللي معليش الكهرباء كانت طافية !!!
There is a clear defect in adhering to the shop’s appointments. I went to them in Ramadan during the dates set by them. Once the door was locked with the key and the worker was not present, and once the shop was completely closed, and then for how many days did they send me on WhatsApp, get your order ready? At least, you came yesterday closed, and the electricity was afloat!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع غير متنظم تمام بساعات العمل انا الان أمام المحل و الساعة 9:35 و ما زال مقفل و مكتوب في جوجل ماب انه يفتح على الساعة 9:00 صباحاً. تصرف غير منظم تمام أكثر من نص ساعة تأخير لفتح الفرع ليه؟؟
The branch is completely disorganized with working hours. I am now in front of the shop and at 9:35 am. It is still closed. It says in Google Map that it opens at 9:00 am. Totally disorganized behavior more than half an hour late to open the branch why??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموضف كتب عنوان المستلم خطاء ولما انتبهت له بعد مغادره الفرع رجعت له وقال الشحنه خرجت ومو مهم العنوان واخبرني انهم بيتصلوا على المستلم وهو يعطيهم عنوانه الصحيح رقم صندوق البريد 4000 هو كتبو 400 وملاحظتي هي عدم الدقه رغم اني اعطيته العنوان مكتوب في ورقه وقراءت له العنوان بنفسي أولا نرجوا توخي الدقه والحذر وشكرا.
