★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are there any other more effecient way to orgnize the way of recieving the shipments? This was my 1st time using Aramex shipment pickup in this branch and honestly I got dissapointed of the situation. Parking is bad at this location, slow in retrieving packages. It is just a bad experience; The branch is too busy and crowded. It took me over an hour waiting time just to get my shipment. I guess better I'll let them bring shipments to my door next time. but guess what? they cant deliver to home in this branch, also!
Unbelievable how such a growing company can getaway with. It's clear that there's a gap in the market and they need to step up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Aramex branch in Zulfi Saudi Arabia.After waiting a long time in the queue when my turn came your employee told me that debit card is not acceptable,only cash is acceptable.I go to the atm machine.I came back and again waited in the queue.I saw they were using POS machine for Saudi citizen. Why is this facility not available for all of your customers? or you serve your customers on the basis of nationality,race and color?
When my turn came (the second time) i gave an address to your representative.The address was written in english.He took almost 10 minutes but still he was unable to write the complete address.He just write the receiver contact number.Area name and city name.I informed him that receiver don't have vehicle he can not visit your branch to collect the parcel but he doesn't care.Then i requested him for invoice he said your shipment will be shipped.I again requested him give me any receipt so that i should have a proof that i have sent the parcel and later i can track it as well.He again said if you need receipt wait.He served 3 of Saudi citizens and then gave me receipt.I reached the branch at 12:05 p.m it was closed due to prayer and it reopened at 13:05. Approximately I wasted 1 hour after branch opening.
The staff working on your branches in Saudi Arabia require proper training regarding customer handling,language courses,business development and ethical behavior. I am sorry to say that they don't meet the requirement for working in your company.I don't know how your supervisors are checking their subordinates.They treat the customers as if they are their slaves or they made a mistake to visit Aramex.On receipt he also doesn't write the amount paid.
