ويوجد بها عامل سوداني ماشاء الله علية اخلاقة جدا عالية ..بعض فروع ارمكس ياخيي اخلاقهم وتعاملهم مثل الزفت خاصه السعوديين بس جالس ع جواله ولايعطيك وجه وشايف نفسة اتمنا من شركة ارمكس النظر في هذا الوضع مناحية الموظفين مثل موظف فرع ارماكس الخالدية الموظف السعودي مطنش وجالس ع جوالة غير موبالي باحد ارجو النظر في وظعه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تأخير في الشاحنات كالعادة وعدم المبالاه بدون أي مبرر، أتمنى من إدارة شركة الشحن تنظيم استلام الشحنة وزيادة عدد الموظفين وأيضا السرعة في التجاوب والرد على المكالمات و الاهتمام بالعملاء، اغلب الفروع تفتح متاخرة ولا يوجد التزام بمواعيد الفتح والإغلاق !!!!
Unfortunately, there is a delay in the trucks as usual and indifference without any justification. I wish the management of the shipping company to organize the receipt of the shipment and increase the number of employees and also the speed in responding and answering calls and taking care of customers, most branches open late and there is no commitment to opening and closing dates!!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء خدمه توصيل مرت علي. تخيل الصف واصل اخر الشارع وخدمة بطيئة من الموظفين يجلس مع العميل ١٠ دقائق عشان يسلمه شحنته ؟؟؟
The worst delivery service I've ever had. Imagine the class continued down the street and slow service from the staff sitting with the customer 10 minutes to deliver him his shipment???
