وقايل للموظف يحط سكر وسط وماحط لي
واخر شي طعمه مره سيء للاسف ما ابالغ
واتصلت الادارة وزبدوا لي
انا غلطان اجيهم ثانيه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء فرع لكافي ارابيكا من حيث سوء الخدمة من الموظف وعدم المبالات بالطلب وبعد الرجوع للكفي لوجود خطأ بالطلب يلزم بالدفع مره اخرى.
حيث تم وضع المشروب على الرف للكفي ولم يتم استلامه مم الموظف

من كنت ادور فروعهم بالشوارع لين الانتشار الواسع..
أحب أشكر إدارة الشركة على شيئين عندهم..
1- الثبات بالمذاقات بكافة الفروع..
2- وعلى تميز الموظفين..
عندهم بهالفرع الموظف السعودي زياد الحربي ابتسامة وأدب وواضح انه يعرف يدير فريقه من العاملين ..
والموظف الأحنبي اسمه سلمان أعجبني انه انتظر بعيد عن السيارة مو مثل غيره يوقف فوق الباب يشوف كل السيارة ورسايل جوالك سالته هل هو قاصد يبتعد قال احترام للزبون لازم اكون بعيد شوي ?
