I showed the hairdresser a color that I want and asked her if we can do it..I wanted to stay away from light blonde. She assured that she will make the same .Unfortunately, the color is a disaster, my hair is damaged, I lost half of it..They did the same to my friend..I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing and saving grace about this salon is Jessi, the hair stylist. I have been going to her for quite sometime now and I think she is one of the better hairdressers in this city, if not the best. In a salon where everyone is always wearing a frown on their face, she greets her customers and asks if you are satisfied with the results. A big plus in my sight. Otherwise, this salon doesn’t deserve minus stars due to the extremely rude ladies sitting at the reception. In my three years of going there, I’ve never once seen them address anyone politely. Their credit card machine deliberately doesn’t work every time and they’ll make excuses for it not working on that particular day that you’ll go . When you remind them that the same thing happened the last time and the time before, they’ll just shrug their shoulders and think of another lie... in your face with no remorse! Overall, everything is overpriced as well. 200 SAR for a haircut for an 8 year old child! Horrible attitude with poor customer service.

I get my hair done with Abeer, she’s good in cutting and coloring hair, but I’m not interested in hearing about their fights and problems while getting my services and paying more than 800 SAR for it.

I went to change my hair color but unfortunately Nisreen wasn’t there so I had to do it with another one,it wasn’t as I asked and I was sad I had to wait for Nisreen to come back and thanks god she corrected it and did treatment for it ,she’s great not only about coloring but also about hair care, she’s the best i was depressed and really needed a very good person to handle my hair and thanks god I found her.

Old and small yet clean and quick. Too expensive for the quality and look of the place. Abeer and Mona are great for hair dying and styling. And Farah is very professional at meni & pedi.

I wait long time for my hair to be washed.. and longer time for Abeer to come and cut my hair.. at first she was with a customer but then she was just chatting with co-workers.. i asked them to tell her i’m waiting and they did! but she took long time to come.. and she wasn’t nice at all.. i think in her mind she thought she was joking but i thought she was so unprofessional and rude.. and also my hair is not even!! plus they all ware dancing in the small room and partying!! Like what??!! I was wondering if i was in their house?? Not a salon! And the prices are hight by the way! First and last time to visit!

I didn’t come here for the past 10 years. And I decided to give it a shot. Still all the same mess!!!Staff argued while washing my hair ?. Then argued during my haircut. Then argued before hair dry. The only thing that was good is my hair cut. But i was extremely uncomfortable the WHOLE time
