★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة جداً خصيصاً هالفرع السستم عطلان وأعذارهم كثيرة ، ابوي كبير في السن وعند مازارهم لتجديد بطاقته كان باقي لها اسبوعين وتنتهي بكل قبح قاله الموظف مايمديني اجدد لك لأن باقي عليها اكثر من شهر ونصف يعني فوق م نظامهم سيء موظفينهم يملكون الجرأة يكذبون ع كبار السن جميييل جداً ، + ملاحظة البنك الوحيد اللي م حصلت له جهاز خدمة ذاتية بجدة كلها .
A very bad experience, especially this branch, the system is broken and their excuses are many, my parents are old and when they visit them to renew his card, it was two weeks left for it and it ends with all the ugliness the employee said. I don’t want to renew it for you because it is more than a month and a half. Their system is bad, their employees have the courage to lie to the elderly, all are beautiful Very, + note the only bank for which I did not get a self-service machine in all of Jeddah.
