لا يوجد رقابة على اداء الموظفين الموظف بطيء جدا ويلعب بجواله ويكلم تلفونات ويبعث رسايل
الموظف جالس رجل على رجل ويلعب في اصابع رجليه وهو يخدم العميل
مأساة والله

There is no control over the performance of the employees. The employee is very slow, plays with his cell phone, calls phones and sends messages
The employee is sitting leg on foot and playing with his toes while serving the client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء فرع عرفته معاملات ضيعوها ولا يعرفون النظام تأخير لي سنة الان عشان بيع اسهم اقفال حساب و الله شي يفشل يرسلون ايميل لفرعهم الثاني بعد ما ترد الفروع الثانيه كلهم طينه وحده فاشل البنك بمعنى الكلمة و انصحكم من تجربه لا تقربون هذا البنك حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
The worst branch I have known has lost transactions and they do not know the system. Delay for me a year now in order to sell shares. Closing an account and God is something that fails. They send an email to their second branch. After the second branches are returned, they are all mud alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع النساء في الشرائع اول مره جيتهم كانو مهتمين بمفتاح السطح الضايع اكثر من العميلات لدرجه الي كانت معي الموظفه سحبت علي وراحت تدور معهم مع انو في ٣ في الانتظار غيري? ورغم انه كان فاضي واول وحده انا يعني الواحد يهتم شوي مو جاين نشحد

النجمه عشان لما دخلت الموظفه رحبت فيني ودخلتي جوا وشافت وش ابي وكان الفرع من جوا واسع وديكوره والكنب ممتازه وتحسسك انه بنك
واليوم رحت ومقفل القسم وحتى مافي لوحه او اي شي يبين لدرجه وقفت حول ربع ساعه انتظر لين سال الي معي قسم الرجال قالو مقفل؟؟!!! طيب حطو لوحه ورقه اشي ولا مستخسرين يعني ولا غاليه الاوراق؟؟ عادي اتبرع لكم عشان تحطون? ولا تخلون الواحد ينتظر ومحد في في القسم
وربي مهزله?? بخرج من البنك الي من العصر الحجري ذا وراح اغير ان شالله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنك فاشل بمعنى الكلمه ولايستحق حتى نجمه ويعلم الله اني وضعتها َن اجل التعليق وخسارة انه وضع لكبار السن ولايراعي متطلبات كبار السن فقط موظفين لانهاء إجراءات ٤٤ عميل ومن افتتاح البنك وحتى الساعه ١١و٢٧ دقيقه لم يتم إنهاء الا ١٤ عميل من كبار السن. ياليت ينظر بوضع هذا البنك.
A failed bank in the sense of the word and does not even deserve its star and God knows that I put it for the sake of suspension and a loss that it was placed for the elderly and does not take into account the requirements of the elderly, only employees to complete the procedures of 44 clients and from the opening of the bank until 11.27 minutes, only 14 elderly clients were terminated. I would like to see the status of this bank.
