An great pet shop and aquarium centre. Good mixture of fish and pets. Lots of standard pets and a few exotics. Good stock of fish and loads of tanks and accessories. Good clean conditions for the animals and fish. Staff are well informed on what fish go well together and those that don't.

This is our favourite pet store in Taif. Its clean and organised with lots of help available. Slowly developing. The staff need to be more friendly and welcoming especially to customers who are regulars. Most staff do not have sufficient basic knowledge of the animals or products that the customer needs. Pet enclosures should be labelled in Arabic and English so the customer knows what type of pet it is. It stocks things and that you can not find in other regular pet shops here in Taif which is fantastic. All products best before date NEED to be checked in this store so items which are brought are shortly after production date and well before the best before date. They need to stock a better variety of fish and birds. The fish tanks are often empty or almost empty with not a good variety of fish to choose from. However, they sell aquatic plants which is great as its the only place I know which does so in Taif. Essential aquatic supplies are insufficient. No stress coat for the fish and most of their electronic products don't last long and often break and have to be replaced. This store doesn't sell cats. However, it sells a few exotic pets and their living conditions are generally good, clean and healthy. Dead animals NEED to be removed as they tend to have gone unnoticed for some time which is not a nice sight and off putting for those who may want to buy that type of pet. Their conditions needs to be met adequately. They also sell rare plants which is nice and we recently noticed that they have a veterinary clinic upstairs. Well organised with attractive enclosures. Big pet supplies sold here which is wonderful. Parking is sometimes and issue if the store is busy.

Been here many times. Since it’s the only option in taif. The prices are too high, most of the stuff here can be found in Riyadh or Jeddah for almost half the price. If you’re into aquatics they don’t have that many of fish species. Mostly the typical gold fish and guppies. Only one or two types of aquariums plants. Not many dog supplies as well. Their staff need to be trained and have more knowledge about animals. Every time I go there to buy fish I have to tell the guy to take water from the same tank I’m getting my fish from. They need to understand that sudden water changes causes fish to stress and maybe die. Like one time I didn’t pay attention and the dude put the shrimp in a water from a different tank. And by the time I got home. Half the shrimp were dead!! If I own this place I’d survey my customers and see what they’re actually into. I’d learn more about animals and what kind of supply they need. And I’d definitely work on the prices. Since it’s actually much cheaper for me to order stuff online than to get it from here.
