★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف عدم التزام بالمواعيد، تأجيلها بدون سبب او اتصال، حاليا وصلو الى مرحلة ان الصيانة يقرون الرسالة وما يردون، بانتظار فواتير الجهاز ولم يظهرونها حتى اللحظة علامة استفهام كبيرة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من ساعة ما دخلت المحل الين ما خرجت لقيت الاهتمام من الموظفين هناك وخاصتا احب ان اشكر الموظف مراد ربيع على شرحه المفصل لكل انواع الفلاتر الي موجوده وايش فوائدها وعلى اهتمامه الكبير بكل تساؤلاتي ويشهد الله اني جلست فوق الساعة اتكلم معاه بالمحل وما شفته مل مني او طفش بالعكس بل كان مهتم جدا بتساؤلاتي وكان امين بكل المعلومات الي يقولها صراحتا هادي خدمة العملاء المثاليه الي الواحد يتمنى يشوفها وياريت يتم شكره على مثاليته بالعمل والف شكر له مني على اهتمامه بي
