A very special place, but I wish more professional management, comfortable chairs, less pillows on chairs, and putting napkins on the table and drinks should be improved more professionally

The waiters are unprofessional and so rude and disrespectful. I waited so long, and when the waiter came, I asked him to turn on the wifi to scan the barcode and see the menu, and the waiter said, you need to book a room first in the hotel then I’ll turn on the WiFi for you!
And he didn't even give me a menu! So I left, and nobody was there at the reception!
I don’t usually write bad comments but they were so rude! I got really upset
I don't recommend it at all
