★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I was greeted upon arrival and my room was upgraded and for what I paid, it was totally worth it! I originally booked a deluxe king room but was upgraded to an apartment like room with a nice big kitchen, 2 lounges, 1 master bedroom and 1 nicely sized bathroom. Oh and I also had a balcony which was awesome. The view of the city was pretty nice. The apartment itself was very comfortable and for the most part, nice and clean. Their was also a mosque literally opposite the hotel which was a big bonus and a + point for me. Lastly, their was also free car parking available opposite and in front of the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would not mind going back again.. Negative: The location was decent with a supermarket about 2 minutes around the corner. It was a good 20-25 minute drive from the hotel to the main area downtown..

At stayed at 2nd floor and my room was quite well I will rate the following as I lived there.
Cleaning 9/10
Ac 9/10
Food 7/10
Reception staff 9/10
Hotel crew 8/10
Charges 7/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is very bad. Room service is not answering the telephone. Food is not enough for one person.three time meal full board all ready charged. If going on reception for some information they are not giving information showing attitude. My brother check in 28-12-2019 Morning 5am. 5 nights full package booked for corentine. You can see the photos the food they giving to the guest. Half litter water botel they are giving with food that water is not enough for 24 hours. If asking for extra bread or water they are misbehaving giving nothing. Atleast they can talk nicely or they can give information with nice manners. I am also a ambassador of a five star hotel in alkhobar city Saudi Arabia. Hospitality role that guest is always right. But their role they are right what they are doing. My brother came from lahore to jeddah via Saudi airline. AC not working hundred year old model like exhaust fan. zero star hotel management.0966530293855

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice and accommodating staff. Also well organized. I actually went there to get samples for COVID PCR test for quarantined guests. The only disadvantage is the distance that I have to travel just to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to complete Muqeem application since the hotel name was not available in Muqeem app. The staff at reception was very unwelcoming and non responsive. They were not ready to listen to the problem and started shouting at us. It was very unexpected to see very ill behaved people sitting around the reception. The management should take notice and teach some etiquettes and ethics to its employees. Highly disappointing. Readers looking for kind receptions are recommended to avoid the facility as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the room is ok but the bed wasn't, the time when checked in I encountered the pillow covers dirty and said to replace them, I mean I had a long day of driving and was tired after performing umra and wanted to rest but had to wait for the pillow change for 30 mins .... Also they called me early in the morning for completing the payment process ... They could have waited until I went down , staffs is friendly but the reception guy was the worst.. it took 20 mins for him to say please sit down I will be back
