طابقين و ملحق للخادمة و غرفة غسل و كي الملابس . عليه حراسة عسكرية و مدنية .. به مسبح أطفال و ملعب أطفال
و مسبحين للكبار . وملعب تنس و كرة قدم و صالة رياضية و ساونا . وصالة حفلات و يحتاج لمركت داخلي لخدمة السكن و كفتريا داخلية
