ياليت ينتبهون لهذي النقطه ويوفرون حامل اكواب ويحسنون من جودة القهوه وحرارتها
 We took a latte and he died hot, unfortunately the coffee was very hot and the cup was not safe. He took the cup and caused us to burn our hands.
I wish they would pay attention to this point and provide cup holders and improve the quality and temperature of the coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف أونزا صدموني بمستوى النظافة، أنا من عشاق موكا أونزا وولا مرة عديت القدية إلا لازم أمر وآخذ منهم الموكا. حتى جاء اليوم اللي حصل فيه مالم يكن في الحسبان. طلبت واستمتعت وطول الطريق وأنا أشرب كنت أشوف شيء أسود وأحركه وعلى بالي شوكولاتة ماذابت والا شيء? لين خلصت الكوب وأقعد أتأمله? طلع ذبااااانة ميتة ????. ماصدقت عيوني? ليش كذا يا أونزا ليييييش؟ أخليكم مع الصور وأنا أقلب الكوب يمين يسار فوق تحت.?
