First
Instead of waiting in line to get a table. The staff can get the guest mobile number and call him once his table ready and the guest has 5 minutes to show up or his turn pass
Second
In the waiting area there are purple kites that's bother the guest needs to be relocated

Inside the cafe in the upper floor the higher tables are dangerous because the narrow aisle I had seen two guest falls of

Sitting on the table is limited to 40 minute it should be started after getting my order
I hope the management take these comments in consideration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time to visit Overdose. At first, it was crowded because it was newly opened. I was fascinated with the place the ambiance and the interior. The service is quick for a long queued costumers. The coffee is good, but I was expecting more because the coffee shop was overrated.
On my second visit, I went on weekdays and voila, the shop is relaxing and you get to sit on a comfortable table. Best time for catch up with friends is on weekdays, the noise you will hear is only the low tone voice chitchat of locals who are also catching up with their friends and the music (too loud) we are like shouting on each other to hear each others voice.
I give 3 stars overall, but I wish on my third visit I could experience hospitality from the staff. The smile are absent on 1st and second visit. For expat like me, a welcoming smile is more important other than opening doors. Staff should improve costumer relationship which is unfelt during my visit. Check how does coffee experience goes. ?

Yea at single time i ordered two?...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful services and management, barbarian organizers, You could stand there for 2 hours and will not get any table to sit while you watch people come and go while you got left behind and their coffees is not good enough compare to its prices. I really don’t recommend this coffeeshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for friends or couples and Lovely coffee as well, i didn't find my favourite Mocha on the menue but they created one for me by adding one espresso shot to hot chocolate and the result was delicious ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overdose can be quite generous in certain occasions like VDay (feb14-16)where in you can get your 2nd coffee for 1sr with free chocolates, a flower and balloons. Im not sure if any other coffee shop is as generous as this… Im really addicted to velvet iced coffee because its pink and its sweet?
