نصحني الجزار اخذ حاشي 10 شهور واخذته
طبخه شيفنا 40 دقيقة ذاب صار تقول بريسكت
الطعم لا يعلى عليه صراحة من زمان ما ذقت نفس هالطعم ،
جربوه ، و خوذو بنصيحة الجزار تراه ينصح لكم .
وجعله بالعافيه
طبعاً ملحمة سعد محمد عبدالعزيز العنزان لان فيه اكثر من ملحمة للعنزان

اخذت من عندهم ٤ كيلو لحم
لكن الجزار خلطه قص شئ من المعلق الي على اليمين المعروض أمام الواجهة الزجاجة وهو الصراحة الممتاز وقص لي من المعلق الي قدام الثلاجة فصار اللحم مخلوط بين جيد وردئ الله يهديه، وكنت أتمنى حتى لو زاد في السعر ولا قص لي من المعلق قدام الثلاجة، حتى مع الطبخ صار هناك تباين بين انواع اللحم
انصح بالشراء من الحاشي المعلق المعروض على واجهة المحل وهو الطازج والجيد وعدم الشراء نهائيا من المعلق الذي بجانب الثلاجة .
بالنسبة لتعامل صاحب المحل وابنه فهم في قمة الأخلاق وسوف أكرر الزيارة ان شاء الله مرة أخرى .
