★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فصلت عندهم قبل سنة. في البداية تعامل جيد لكن عندما احتجت للصيانة مواعيد بعيدة وعدم اهتمام بالضمان. هذا باب كراج اذا تعطل يحتاج حلول سريعة ما يمكن ينتظر العميل 8 ايام على شان يجي فني الصيانة يكشف. اعتقد ان فريق الصيانة لديهم غير جيد او عددهم غير كافي لا يلبي حجم الطلب على الشركة. يجب عليهم الاهتمام بهذا الجانب. ولا فقدو ثقة العميل
I broke up with them a year ago. At first, it was a good deal, but when I needed maintenance, long dates and lack of interest in the warranty. This is a garage door. If it breaks down, it needs quick solutions. The customer cannot wait 8 days for the maintenance technician to come and find out. I think that their maintenance team is not good or their number is not enough to meet the demand for the company. They should pay attention to this aspect. And don't lose the customer's trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سيئة جدا ومسؤول قسم الصيانة السيد انس ابو مالك سيء جدا و مواعيد كاذبه الان لدينا مشكلة منذ بداية التركيب ولم يتم حلها الى الان
المشكلة لها سنة مع المواعيد الكاذبة للسيد مالك مدير الصيانة وقد تم دفع الضريبة ولم نستلم الفاتورة الضريبية الى الان
Very bad company and the official of the maintenance department, Mr. Anas Abu Malik, is very bad and false dates. Now we have a problem since the beginning of the installation and it has not been resolved until now.
The problem has a year with false dates for Mr. Malik, the maintenance manager, and the tax has been paid and we have not received the tax invoice yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سيئه جدا وانصح بعدم التعامل معها من واقع تجربه مريره الباب جديد ما اشتغل ولي 4 اشهر اتواصل مع المندوب ماهر وانس مسوتي وبدون فايده تصريف وكذب في المواعيد وسوف نقوم بإبلاغ وزارة التجاره عنهم
